Rates & Policies
The affordability of golf is a concern at Woodbine. In addition to the spring and fall reduced rates and the regular Early bird, Senior, Junior, and daily twilight discounts at 2:30PM, Woodbine also offers a more deeply discounted late twilight rate at 5:30PM. This time is very popular with couples, beginners, or individuals who just want to get in some golf after work and before dark.
Tee times may be booked up to 14 days in advance with credit card guarantee. Outings are welcome and may be booked a year in advance. Reservations are available all day every day.
After your round of golf, enjoy refreshments or a meal served in our newly remodeled clubhouse dining room with views overlooking the beautiful golf course. There is plenty of space for large or small outings to relax and socialize.

Guarantees & Cancellations
All Weekend or Holiday morning reservations from May 1 through September 30 must be guaranteed. For these Reservations a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card number is required to hold and guarantee your tee time. If you need to cancel, you must do so during business hours no later than NOON the day before in person or by calling the Pro Shop at 708/301-1252. If not, you will be charged a green fee for each no-show. Changes and cancellations cannot be made through the website or via Email.
Replays
After a customer has paid for and completed 18 holes of golf on any day, that customer may do a replay under the following conditions:
You may not make a reservation for a replay. You must wait until the first tee is open.
All replays must begin on the first tee.
You may not leave the Golf Course and return at a later time.
You must pay for any replay in the Pro Shop before proceeding to the first tee.
Raincheck Policy
Golfers will receive a prorated RAINCHECK CREDIT if play is stopped for a minimum of 45 minutes due to rain or dangerous weather conditions or if in management's judgment, the golf course is deemed unplayable.
Rainchecks will not be issued for the following:
The golfer does not have time to continue
Do to excessive heat, cold or wind
Because the golfer does not want to continue in the conditions that existed when he began play
Due to illness or injury on the part of the golfer
For rounds of golf that commence after 5:30PM
For pull cart or club rental
Due to slow play
For complimentary rounds of golf
If the golfer leaves the premises
To receive a RAINCHECK CREDIT, the golfer must present both their cash register receipt and scorecard. Rainchecks will be for a dollar amount for golf and gas cart rental based upon holes paid for versus holes completed. Holes completed will be determined by calculating your KEEP PACE POSITION on the course VERSUS your ACTUAL STARTING TIME. Slow play will be penalized and fast play will be rewarded. Twilight golf is prorated based upon 9 holes. A Raincheck must be completely used in a single visit. Unused amounts will be forfeited. Only one raincheck per golfer per visit will be accepted. Rainchecks expire on date indicated on receipt. There are no cash refunds under any circumstances.
Returns
Unused and undamaged merchandise may be returned in its original package for exchange or refund only during the golf season in which such merchandise was purchased. The sales receipt must accompany all returns. All sales of "SALE" or "CLEARANCE" merchandise are final and not subject to exchange or refund.
Children
Children 5 years of age and younger will not be allowed on the golf course for safety reasons. All golfing children must have a set of clubs and pay prevailing green and cart fee if riding. Children under age 18 may not rent a cart but may ride in a cart operated by a responsible adult.
Individuals Accompanying Golfers
Any non-golfing individual accompanying a golfer must pay prevailing golf and cart fees unless this individual is giving assistance as provided under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
